Top 5 Tallest Buildings In Phnom Penh

If you think of skyscrapers, Cambodia might not be the first place that comes to mind. However, they are coming to Phnom Penh. Compared to other Southeast Asian capitals, the skyline is still not very tall, but several skyscrapers have been built in the last 10 years. Many developers have announced plans for new towers that can be politely called crazy, but they may end up being some of Cambodia's tallest buildings in the future.

#Naga 3 

For the last two years, construction on Naga 3 has gone nicely. The major feature of Naga3 is the 75-story skyscraper, which, when finished, will be the highest structure in Cambodia. The $3.5 billion Naga 3 project, which will be built in Phnom Penh's Tonle Bassac area, would also comprise two blocks of 52-story hotel structures.

KBX Universal Financial Center is an investment by K.B.X Investment Co., Ltd approved by the Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC), which has invested $ 128 million to build a new five-star building in central Phnom Penh.

KBX Universal Financial Center is a 60-story, 230-meter-high building. It will be located along Monivong Blvd, Sangkat Boeung Keng Kang III, Khan Boeung Keng Kang and will be able to create at least 730 jobs.

#The Sunwah Pearl

The Sunwah Pearl is Sunwah's largest development project in Cambodia. Located on Samdech Hun Sen Park Road, near the junction of three rivers, the Bassac, the Mekong, and the Tonle Sap.
